This will be an attempt to "BLOG". I am on a journey, sometimes it feels like a quest, sometimes a prison, sometimes a picnic. In following days months and years I will try to record my journey honestly and forthright, from my perspective. I expect many times to contradict myself and change my mind as I grow and learn. I don't know what the next blog will bring. I trust God has a plan and a purpose and the power to carry them out.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardship as a pathway to peace; taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that you will make all things right if I surrender to your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with you forever in the next.

Jamie, I say you are a saint who, like Joseph is making you way out of the prison and into the King's palace. Lets dine at the Kings table. I Earnestly anticipating you next blog!!!!!
