We are Homeowners!!!

What an adventure buying a home is, NOT! Owning a home is much easier, so far.
I still can't beleive we did it. Thank God my wife is so good with budgets and record keeping. We already have a multi-year plan for changes, additions and remodeling.
So, a day after we got the loan approved, I quit my job. Kinda weird. I was a little nervous. 2 days later I got another one makeing more money. Go figure.
I'm so relaxed now. It's been a long, long time since I felt this way. Years. I've imagined having a home I could invest my time in since I first started working after school.
